EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

House of Mira Exchange & Cancellation Policy Highlights:

Exchange Policy:

  • Raise an exchange request within 7 days of product delivery for garments (excluding custom orders).
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
  • Exchanges are allowed for products of the same or higher value, but no refunds for price differences.
  • Reverse pickup available in selected locations; otherwise, customers must self-ship at their cost.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours or before dispatch
  2. Refunds are issued as Store Credit valid for one year and single-use only.
  3. Refunds in source form is not available. So please do not force or ask in such cases.
