EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
House of Mira Exchange & Cancellation Policy Highlights:
Exchange Policy:
- Raise an exchange request within 7 days of product delivery for garments (excluding custom orders).
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
- Exchanges are allowed for products of the same or higher value, but no refunds for price differences.
- Reverse pickup available in selected locations; otherwise, customers must self-ship at their cost.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours or before dispatch
- Refunds are issued as Store Credit valid for one year and single-use only.
- Refunds in source form is not available. So please do not force or ask in such cases.
